I almost thought about giving a good review, but their housekeeping service is non existent. After requesting cleaning, I returned to a room untouched. Also, breakfast invoices? Forget it. The staff clearly don’t want to deal with that. I expected an upgrade for my troubles, but I guess that was too much to ask. How disappointing!

The room was comfortable in terms of the bed, bathroom, and air conditioning.

It was conveniently located within 5 minutes walking distance from Brussels Midi station, making it perfect for my business needs. The staff were attentive, enhancing the overall experience with their welcoming demeanor. I appreciated the comfortable bed and ample amenities, which contributed to a productive stay.

I had a delightful stay at Appart'City Confort Bruxelles Centre Gare Du Midi. The staff were attentive and understanding, making my experience feel warm and welcoming. The high-speed wifi was a great plus, allowing me to stay connected effortlessly.

Great stay with friends! The location made it easy to explore local spots. We visited the Royal Library of Belgium and had an awesome time. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was super friendly. Definitely loved our stay and would recommend it for group trips.
